Either way, still a great price for the quality he puts into each unit.
Side note, I now have said M60. Does anyone else have it where the corona of the hotspot is lopsided? It's fine in use, and I might just be beam spoiled by my Surefire and Novatac beams, but I'm wondering if people usually get nice round beams.
Ahh, yes, like the small beam artifact you and I discussed. If only the LED's themselves were up to Malkoff standards.Don't forget, coupon code CPF gets a 10% discount. Its strange, some of them do not have a perfectly round hotspot even though the lens is perfectly lined up. The lens holder snaps over the LED so its kind of a goof proof assembly. Investigation has lead me to believe its due to inconcistencies in the LED's themselves. Kind of a "Cree Lottery".
Thanks, Gene
From what I've read, $55 is a more than fair price. Unfortunately for me, with $30 shipping to the UK + customs, I'd be looking at around $110. :sigh:
I have just ordered one and with CPF discount it came to around $79 to the UK.
Have you calculated in customs charges though? Handing alone is around £10.
I think handling is £8 so you have a good point!
Just wondering if anybody else noticed this - M60s are back up to $55 from $49
Wonder if all is going OK with the production... Or demand is just that great. Wouldn't be surprised if its the latter.
