Malkoff Quality!

WOW - just recieved my new 3D single drop in from Malkoff and wanted to say how impressed I am with the whole package.

Quality of the drop in is second to none as is the customer service from Cathy. Even the packaging of the product is better than anything else I have recievied.

Now I understand that those of you who already own a Malkoff product are well aware of the excellent quality etc but I could not resist posting this to tell others just how good Malkoff are.

Somebody said on this forum that Malkoffs are like the Mercedes of lights. Well I own 2 new Mercs and to be honest I think that the Malkoff is better made and Cathy's customer service is supreme compaired to Mercedes!

Using my malkoff daily and would like to ditto the words above. Really an outstanding product, as well as customer service. Talked with Gene on the phone for nearly 20 minutes and feel he really has good business ethics at heart. I feel the light is more closely related to a toyota in terms of value. Yes these lights are moderately expensive, but when you consider that they are handmade and look into the engineering of them, they are a very good value. Congratulations Gene and Cathy on a great product and good luck with the business.

I have three "Mercs" by now and I can only agree with the previous posters! While these things may seem a bit expensive if you only look at the price online, when you get to experience them hands on, it's a completely different thing!
