McE2S on Surefire E2L Cree?

I'm tempted to try this as it works so well on my L4 as well as on a KL1 headed E body. Any thoughts on this?
Oh BTW, my switch is a 22 ohm. How many lumens would this put out?

It will flicker or strobe in low.
