As far as drop in Mini-Maglite upgrades, there really is only one good one in my opinion and that's the Terralux TLE-5EX. All of the others currently on the market are just too dim to even be considered. I don't know if the TLE-5EX actually puts out 90 lumens though because I've never had mine measured. Ignore Terralux's 140 lumen rating though because, as often is the case with any manufacturer light output claims, it's pretty much overhype.
