I know the donating party. They did not rescind their donation. Apparently, CrimeLine has returned it because the donor wants to impose a March 15 deadline, which he will still honor. CrimeLine doesn't think another week will make any difference.

The reasoning behind the deadline is to get whomever may have information to do the right thing, now, not several weeks from now. It's Drew's birthday today, and it's not a good day until Jen is returned.
