I just got around to installing the MJLED in my minimag.
I drilled the reflector a little at a time, maybe 3 different bits until 1/4".
However, I did have some probs with the LED inserted into the minimag. The MJLED wire spacing is a little wider than the dual pin socket. And, it almost appears to be a contact vs a pressure fit... I tried with just slightly bending one lead into the hole, but the LED connection was iffy, and would not always stay on. I took the LED out, and kinda bent the leads inward, and then straight down to match the same pin spacing at the holes.... and it seems to be better... I'm still a little concerned that the turning reflector may dislodge the LED and render it dis-connected.
