MTE 1xAA SSC-P4 42180-U Flashlight

I am completely sold on this one:

It is just bright. The brightest 1AA I have encountered. I estimate comparing it to my L2D CE, that it is as bright as the high of the L2D CE (high as in the FENIX can do max, high, med, low). So around 65 lumens. Probably as bright as the max of the L1D CE (the 1AA FENIX). It is also much brighter than the RR 1AA 1watt which is respectable in it's own right as a bright little light. The center throw is solid with no artifacts and the spill is wide and bright.

Dunno about runtimes, I am sure the 1AA FENIX has longer runtimes. But the price is just unbeatable.

It is cheap too. Cheaper than a 1AA FENIX so this is a good light to bring into a cave and not worry about getting it dirty, scratched or damaged.

I keep it in my pocket at all times now.

I would say no. You would probably ruin the driver board. There is a version that does use the 14500 from DX here......

i'll have one in a week, i will let you know how it compares to 1xAA and how much it draws amp.

Hi,

I would like to know with what kind of batteries these draws?

Mine is the single mode SSC and draws 0.700amps with a duracell 2650mah.

My own estimate was that around 40 lumens is coming out the front. It is pretty close to level 4 (out of 6) on my Spy 005/Seoul.
