Just cut your "Star", wire them, put a paper (punch a hole & cut like a donut) isolate the Cree + & -, put thermal "gel" in between (not epoxy), insert the reflectors, seal the bezel, that all, easy?

I accidentally sent it with credit card payment to your cash only downtoload@gmail one.

I re-sent it via echeck to that one.
That's $176 for $88 worth of stuff.

A few questions before sending the funds

Do the stars need to be cut to fit 5 in?
Are the stars epoxied down, or just greased?
Could this be done with bare emitters rather than stars?
