multiple cree flashlight

i'm looking for a flashlight with 3 or 4 cree/seoul or similiar in the head.
100-200 lumens just doesn't cut it for me.
reflectors or optics, either is fine!
whatcha got for me!

i have a 4d mag that g hadlock made me.

Also check the Customes B/S/T section and the CPFmarket place. There have been some Multi Cree/Seoul lights on there(Examples: Icarus Quad Cree(sold), Cube 1C). Also the homemade and modified(examples: DIY MagC/D quads, More LED Mag mods,) section if you want to DIY.

I think you've reached the point where you need a Maxabeam, Barn Burner or Beast II.

Waion has a few left that have 3 Seoul emitters and puts out almost 500 lumens. Uses 4 cr123's and has a low and high mode. I just ordered one from him. I do not have it yet so I do not have any more specs but for the price and output it looks like it could be a great light. The body looks almost like the G&P Scorpion incan.

I thought it took 100ma to get 228
lm out of of one Q5.

How do they run 3 with the same current????

Emitters can be wired parallel with 3 drivers, one for each emitter, or they can be wired in series with 1 driver with triple output voltage.

If you have driver designed for 12V input, then yes you can

ok. don shock from here is making me one.
help me decide on battery configuration.
i think him and i have settled on 4d size light, with the intent of running it on 6 1/2 d cells.
what are other good battery config's that will give me good runtime and max brightness.
it should have 5 q5's on the front.
he has made a 3d with magcharger battery and four led's up front.
a 6d would be great! but i think i'm done with my six d size lights
what would you guys have made if someone was kind enough to make you a light?
it's gotta power five leds at 1000ma so i'm thinking runtime here!
8aa-2d was tossed around too.

what do you guys think?

Very nice, too bad Huntlight has pretty much disappeared from the market recently, otherwise they would probably make a FT-01 Tri-Cree themselves.
