Stuff used for this project:
Mag 2C body
Hotlips C-heat sink
Arctic Alumina 2 compound epoxy
Flupic board from Goldserve
SSC P4 LED from AW http://www.candlepowerforums.com/vb/showthread.php?t=151476
Finished the modification. Works nice. There is the levels: Low, High and Max.
Otherwise works great, but output sucks!
This is my first SSC LED light so don't have any experience how bright it should be...
Or is it just so that I was waiting too much of it???
I compared this mod to my older Fenix L2T.
Compared side by side L2T is brighter than the Mag SSC P4 Mod. How can this be???
I tought that these SSC was rated some 90 lumens with 350mA. And if I have understood right the Flupic should give the LED some 1000mA on the high?
I'm now running 2 normal Alkaline C batteries in the lamp... can it be that they don't have enough Juice to run the LED. (Going to use one 18650 Li-Ion in future).
What else could be the problem?
Here is beamshot comparison
Left Mag SSC P4 with flupic MAX right Fenix L2T HIGH
Here is my wirings:
LED glued to heat sink with epoxy
And here are the wirings inside:

Red +
Blue -
1. Red from switch to center of the Flupic
2. Red from Flupic (LED +) to the + leg on the LED
1. blue from switch "ground" to Flupic (LED -)
2. blue from switch "ground" to the - leg on the LED
Good advice highly appriciated.
