My second post must have been overlooked in the thread about wanting to turn off a photocell for my Christmas display. One of the posters comments were partly true. I am looking for an excuse to buy a light AND I need to get that streetlamp off. But if I cant get the streetlight off, I still want to buy a spotlight. What are some of the best spots under $100. Long battery charge, easy lamp replacement etc. smart charge would be nice too.

Lights under $100 are going to be very basic. All HID's in this price range will have SLA batteries and wall-wart chargers. The best value seems to be the Stanley HID from Warlmart stores.
