Nano batteries

Hey all, the instructions that came with my Streamlight Nano say it takes IEC-LR41 batteries. I was looking on line they are a little pricey.
But LR41 batteries are much cheaper. Are they the same?

IEC stands for International Electrotechnical Commission, a standards body that among other things has standardized the designation of batteries such as LR41. So an LR41 is an LR41, modulo manufacturer and quality considerations...
