Need help with CBP Nimhs and Ginseng's Polaris

Well I have not been into lights nor posting here for some years now.

But I got a Polaris from Ginseng some years ago. Its run by 12 CheapBatteryPack 1600 Nimhs.

Problem is that these cells got not nipples so Ginseng provided some small little magnets. My old charger had cronked out. My new charger is a 8 bank Maha Imedion. I am not sure if its suitable, I mean its not easy to get the magnets and cells into position in the charger.

Are there newer, more user friendly versions available nowadays?

I am very out of touch with things... Thanx in advance.
