NEW 5.11 LED Light For Life....NO BATTERIES BUT IS RECHARGEALBE!?!?

Here is a new LED light from 5.11. OK, so it doesn't have batteries, recharges in 90 SECONDS, puts out 270 Lumens, and has a 90 minute run time....WHAAAT????? Does anyone know what the hell is going on around here!?! Is the sky falling?
