I was at the local gun and knife show in Washington today when I knew my local flashaholic would be there!! (exciting yes)
So the story goes I got some batts. and a Wolf eyes HID light (The SHARK)
I paid for the stuff and instead of my five dollars change Mike gave me a new LED light????? What is this light you ask?
Looks a little like a Fenix p1D but it has a kick to it... for starters it has a Cree XR-E7090 emitter!
The brand is OLIGHT something new.
The cool stuff is that it has a tail switch and bezel switch.
the tail switch turns it on , strobe, sos, and off.
The bezel (turned left and right like the P1d changes the output)
so it has many output levels from 8 lumens to 135!
They did have 1 cr123 batt. and 2 cr123 batt. size.
Another cool feature is the reflector. It has a 'stipple' finish in around the emitter and a smooth finish out tward the lens, throws a good beam.
I will post a little more and some beamshots tomorrow when I have tested it a little more.
Not sure on the price but initially I think it is a good light.
The guy I got it from gave me the CPF discount at the show too, so I will give him a plug as well.
