New Sofirn Q8 Pro Green Light Turn Off Help

Tried many different solutions but had no success, not sure if the new UI is different. I get the same green light that stays on, a couple of multi colored switch lights which go back to the green light but not totally off. Seems to be a lot question / answers about this issue, maybe I'm doing something wrong (not the first time).
