Newbie wants to mod...

I have an old Inova T3 and I have a Seoul P4 emitter. Should I try the "freeze pop" trick and try to mod my T3? Is this something I could do? What type of soldering gun kit do I need to buy? Can I get it someplace like radio shack?

...oh, I brought this up before. Sorry. I gather the P4 won't fit in the heatsink or something and the freeze pop method will break the circuit board or something?

The SSC P4 will fit on a Luxeon star. If the Lux is mounted on a star, just unsolder and then twist it off. You can then mount the P4 with thermal epoxy.
