Target has the upgrade package with the 1watt Luxeon and the IQ switch for $9.98. It rings up as $19.98 at some stores, but they will give you the marked price as they have only one peg at any of the stores on which all the combo packs hang.
It's better than I thought it would be and very good for $10.
