The 35,594 cd must be a misprint, they probably meant 25,594 cd. Unless they increased the size of the reflector significantly or dedomed the led. You're not going to gain 10,594 cd with 60 lumens. So, no its not worth it.
Its not only 60 lumen difference.
Its also xm-l vs xm-l2. And the xm-l2 is more throwy .
But still not worth it if you ask me.

Just ordered the 2015 ea41 from aliexpress, gonna be awhile til it arrives, its my first "good" flashlight other than my fenix ld01 that's been on my keychain for a couple years now.

And you would be right. Looks like Nitecore has since updated the spec for the 2015 EA41.

Old cd = 35,594
New cd = 28,276

Old Throw = Up to 376m
New Throw = Up to 335m

So it's a no upgrade for me. Although Selfbuilt has purchased one and will do a review soon. Cannot wait to see it.
