Never mind. As usual I should have researched further before I posted. I do not need to bother measuring it. The numbers are incredibly about spot on. However there are downsides. It has pretty bad implementation of PWM. The driver itself is of rather low quality. Personally speaking, it is another large heavy light I do not need. Especially this much of a light for $89. Even though it is Chinese if they can offer this much for that price something must not add up is my guess. I thought it was a great deal at first but then I had second guesses. I apologize once again for posting before doing my homework. Anyone is still welcome to add there thoughts if they so wish however.
