Some questions:

1. Will a factory-reset return a 120P in rechargeable mode back into primary mode?

2. If a light is in rechargeable mode, and I do a battery-detect-reset with a fully charge rechargeable, will it stay in rechargeable? Or is the battery-detect-reset a toggle on/off?

2. it will stay in rechargeable mode, it is not a toggle.

Hence, if there is doubt after doing a hard reset, you can just also do a battery detect reset and it will definitely be configured properly.

No, It Will Adjust Settings Based On What Battery/Chemistry You Are Currently Using.

Yes, It Will Stay In Rechargeable Mode. The Software Uses Detection, Not A Toggle.
