I bought my first light a couple years ago, but am in no way an expert. Right now, I am carrying an e1e body with an e2dl lamp and tailcap. I have a question about this setup. I also have the e2dl body, if I were to use that body, would the two cells give me a brighter light, or just longer running time?
Also, I am looking for a new light for my wife, possibly one for myself too. Since I am out of the loop, I have no clue what all the new brands and lights are that have com out in the past year or so. I would like something as bright, or brighter than my current setup, but in the same size package. I also noticed that a lot of manufacturers are adding a strobe feature, I would like that too. I'd appreciate a few pointers so I know what to start looking for, because I am lost with all the new stuff!
