I've searched quite a bit, and haven't found anything on a OP reflector made for the Chinese HIDs.
This would be the model in question http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Prom...d-Flashlight-HID-torch-Hunting/694503840.html
I got it from AliExpress for $93 shipped in about 3 weeks (had a coupon with a seller I use plus another 10%, normally $113)

Head Diameter is 80.21mm
Reflector Diameter including rolled lip is 75.88mm
Reflector diameter 72.15mm
Length is 39.12mm
Hole diameter is 15.87mm

I'm really happy with it, decent life and throws like mad, I went to a local lake over the weekend and even in the light to medium fog a bridge at 250-350 yards was lit up like it was daytime. I did notice that having a medium and/or heavy OP reflector would be a nice addition for this light though as well as still having the smooth.

I can buy replacements for really cheap, measurements are close to what I have, my caliper is pretty good and I checked zero and measurements 2x http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Dura...hlight-free-shipping-Wholesale/606689277.html

I hadn't found any offerings on google searches and searches here. lmk thanks :)

oh and endless Engrish hilarity "After long time lightening, don't torch the glass in order to avoiding hurt by high temperature"

No OP reflectors for the "ebay HIDs" as their known as on CPF. There is a discussion regarding making an improved reflector SMO to help concentrate the beam better but you're the 1st person I know of wanting an OP reflector for this light. Try the 4300k bulb and 85w ballast, you'll be amazed just how much more output and throw you'll gain from the default 6000K bulb.

"The closest I can get to your dimensions would be a modified version of our PA14 series (attached). The reflector would be a continuous curve, not stepped as your link illustrates. We do not 'orange peel' our reflectors; they are all smooth. Single unit price for this custom reflector would be $45. If the dimensions given are accurate, the reflector will fit, however, there is no guarantee that the focus will be in the right location. Some modification may be necessary."

Well here's what I got back from Bruce @ Phoenix

I ordered a 4300k bulb with it, look at the listing I provided closely you have the option (4200k is what the link says though). As far as ballast, I may change it, but am happy with it now. I'm more interested in the reflector.

a spotlight is better off with an SMO reflector because they're mainly for throw. if you need all that evenness in the beam and maybe more flood it's best to go with an LED flashlight. OP's don't serve an HID well. the only reflectors i recall that have been used with this ebay HID are the sr90 SMO and the dx sst-90 which i have, and it works pretty decently.

as a side note, my 4300K bulb seems to have reached the end of its life. just realized it's been 6000K for some time now despite having used it sparingly since getting it in april. weird...

If I get the one from Phoenix I'll keep that smooth most likely due to cost, unless people are in on a group buy on them.

But that being said I still want to try various level of OP out on an HID I already have plenty of bright LED lights. I honestly want to see what I can do with the HID since I don't see a hell of a lot of info on them with OP reflectors. I got the light to screw around with. Once I find out what I like best I will get an HID that is nicer.

Since I haven't found much on doing it, I'm interested to know what the results are and I'm sure others will be curious as well.

^ seeing dive lights with different reflectors on them, but that is underwater. *shrugs*
