I had an RRT-0 but sold it because it was actually TOO throwy for my needs. That said, you're obviously looking for a thrower and the RRT's generally throw VERY well.
Also, you might want to look at the newer RRT-15 instead. It's a slightly bigger light as it uses 3xCR123 instead of the 2xCR123 or 1x18650 of the RRT-1, but the 15 has an XML in it, so it will produce more overall light and have a bigger hotspot. You shouldn't notice too much of a difference in throw because the XML will compensate for spreading the hotspot over a larger area with the increased horsepower it has. They're both the same price on BugOutGear's website as well, and they offer a nice CPF member discount too.
