In order of longest runtime to shortest:
1. CR123 primary
2. 3.7V RCR123s
3. 3.0V LiCoO2 voltage regulated cells
4. 3.0V LiFeP04 cells.
They will all run about the same brightness as the light uses a buck style regulation and all of these energy storage options will have a higher combined voltage than the Vf of the LED.
