P7 /3x 1A Buck Wiring

Hello, i am new to CPF and very interested in these things that happen here!

I want to build a Flashlight with
Seoul P7 LEDs and dont know how to wire it up in a good way.

I want to fire two P7 Leds simultanius(3Steps: 33%(1A) / 66%(2A) / 100%(3A)
For this i have 6x 1A 3,7V Buck Driver and 1,2A Clicky switches.

For the Energy i have 10Ah 3,7V 18650.

1.1) What would be the best way to get this realized/wired?
1.2) The Driver has a heat resistor saftety off switch, due to overheating. Is this meant for the Buck Driver or for the LED?
1.3) Is a 0,75mm SiliconCable good enough for the LED/BUCK/Switch wiring?
