Yesterday I read on the news that today at 7.30 AM a partial solar eclipse could be seen here in Buenos Aires for about two hours.
So here is how my tuesday started:
As usual Tue/Thur is my time to take my kid to school, so I woke up early.
I wash my face
I wake up kid
Fix him a quick breakfast
Wifey calls me from bed
Tells me: kid has no school today (training day for teachers or something like that)
Thanks for the heads up I reply :shakehead
Ok at least we could share the eclipse with kid
NO
Sky is covered
Its raining
For the next few days...
Next solar eclipse will be in 2010 or 2011 if I recall...
Isn't life nice?
Lets hope for the best for the rest of the day
