If I want to buy something from a CPFer in the marketplace how do I paypal them?

First, you have to set up an account with Paypal. Go to http://www.paypal.com. Then you add in your information, you can send money by going to the "Send Money" tab and then enter the email address that the seller provides you, and how much money. You can edit the shipping address, leave a note, etc.
