hmmmm. thats true. you can't send the "portable laser module" that is not FDA approved. But, what about getting a non FDA approved unit shipped to the UK, pull it down into individual parts and ship it to the US that way. Maybe ship in 2 lots. probably a bit expensive but its an idea. its just parts then and not a laser isn't it?

I have asked about FDA regulations when enquiring about customs...they said they were fully certified.

There is still the fourth one to sell - don't worry about first and second pick..it will still be over 150mw as so I'm told. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif
I cannot go any further until I sell the fourth I have already troubled CNI to a certain extent already and I don't want to go upsetting them if I want to order another batch.
As I've said earlier I have decided to extend the coverage to include the US and Canada - all shippings will be insured for the full amount you have paid.

I just got one of the adjustable ones from laserphaser. It actually works unlike the last one I got from them. Now I have an adjustable one and a constant full power one. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

You need to decide if you want to start a Groupbuy, then you need to do that in the Groupbuying-forum. If you want to sell something else, we also have the B/S/T-forums.
There are enough platforms to do business, this is not the correct one!
