Top one looks like a L5, so yes a KL5, black one looks like an early model KL3 and the bottom one is the KL4.

Beam patterns between the KL4 and KL3 are the most opposite beams you will see on a LED flashlight.

I think it's KL3, M2, ?? and KL4 head top to bottom. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Top one is an original M2 body (back when the M2 was actually what is now a C2), with Z58 Clickie and original KL5 bezel. Note that I consider the KL3 and KL5 to be basically the same shape/size.
Next is a C2-BK with an old-style black M2 bezel (current M2 bezel has been on a diet)
Next is an E2e (SHOT Show 2003 special edition)
And last we have an original L4 which I believe in the photo is an E2e body with KL4 bezel and Z57 Clickie.

What are the heads on the L2 and L4 on this pic? Both are KL4?

The one on L2 seems to be shorter than the one on the L4.

No, the L2 features the L2 bezel, and the L4 features the KL4 bezel.
The L2 bezel is shorter than the KL4 because the electronics of the L2 are located in the body rather than in the bezel like the KL4.
