POT modding

I ordered a 35mW Executive Advanced from Wicked Lasers

It seems that it isnt exactly as powerful as i wanted it to be

I was wondering if anyone has any experience with adjusting the POT with this laser. Or if anyone knows how to boost its power any other way.
