Princeton Tec Warranty?

I have 2 Princeton Tec Yukonxl headlamps that do not work, I took them apart to see what was wrong with them, does anyone know the warranty department address to priceton tec? I want to see if they will fix them, I loved those headlamps,

I don't have it - I tried to contact them myself, as I just wanted to get a replacement bezed (dog chewed up the old one) and no luck..
 
I know what you mean, I have sent 3 emails to them, I may give them a call,

I have dealt with PTs warranty dept. several times and they were first-rate, but I always had to make a phone call since their email never worked. They actually sell replacement parts (bezels, reflectors etc.) but you have to find a dealer. I have quit buying PT gear since I was always sending it in for repair of some sort.
 
I contacted them in early Jan. of this year regarding a possible warranty issue. It took them a couple of weeks, but they did get back to me by email, and addressed the issue professionally and to my satisfaction.

I just called Princeton Tec for a warranty on my Apex Pro headlamp with a cracked case. The call was immediately picked up by one person, and handed off to the warranty department where it was immediately picked up also. Talked to the guy about my problem, and without any other hesitation after I expainied my problem, he sent out the replacement parts. We'll see how soon it comes out, but it seems like great service.
 
My Apex has a badly cracked case, on all sides. The screws are supposedly too big and that's what did it.
that lite really needed to be a metal one, instead of garbage plastic.
Great internals. I have a moded P4 one and it's insane output, about twice the original.
 
I've only had to use their warranty once (on a used Eos). After a short call, I mailed my broken headlamp, and a couple of weeks later I had a replacement unit. Very happy with their service.
