What flashlight company has the best warranty

From my experience I can say that Fenix is the best ever.
I felt good with Zebralight too

Having never had a Fenix, Sofirn, MagLite, Klarus, SureFire, OLight, Thrunite, Convoy or Acebeam fail I can't really say. As far as CS, Fenix & MagLite have gold stars from me

Just an add: lots of warranties sound / look good til you try & use them. On any board like this & about any number of subjects you'll find posts reporting changed phone numbers, unreturned calls & emails, prorated offers, outrageous / insane shipping costs / instructions, etc to make a claim. A better question might have been; what was wrong & how did they fix / make it right? I managed to break a Leatherman tool after years of use & instead of a bill for repairs they just sent a new tool. Hard to beat that level of service

Two years ago a coworker asked if I could fix a Coast light that batteries had leaked in. Cleaning the carrier did not work and their site did not have one so I emailed them asking for a part number. The return email asked for my address. My thought was they'd send me one. Instead they sent me a new light.

Maglite has been spot on too for the couple of issues I've had with their products. All they asked for was a serial number, which I figured was so they'd know what day the product was made for quality assurance purposes. One was my screw up trying to modify an XL50 and they sent me a new head for it. One was a tailcap that had ano covered the area on the tailcap that was supposed to be exposed and they sent me an new tailcap.

Pelican replaced a 2350 I told them my pa-n-law ruined by soaking it in coca cola thinking that would disolve the alkaleak paste.

And any issue I've had with a Malkoff was quickly resolved. Once I sent Gene an email and within 10 minutes he had answered my question.

Never had a single problem with malkoff. That's my pick. Had bad luck with SF fenix and HDS.

Did you have your bad luck with the lights themselves or with the warranty from the company that produced the lights?Big difference - especially when the OP was asking about warranty only.

I've had a few problems with my HD$ lights that have ALL been fixed upon being returned to them. The exact same goes for two SF lights that have had problems. The "fix-it" policy of both manufacturers is above golden IMHO.

Really can't get into details without starting bad talk about the company's. That's not what I'm about. Malkoff is still my pick as far as fixing the issue and having it done before the emitter in it is out of date😁

I think the only warranty issue I've had with a light was a Surefire weapon light. They cleared it up immediately. I did ask them once if I could buy some pocket clips and they sent me a half dozen on the house. The product I had issues with was current production at the time.
