I had a problem accepting the PayPal payment the other day, so I turned to PayPal's help. Up until now - no response. Maybe you have some ideas...
I'm in Israel, so obviously, I can't add bank account to my PayPal. Generally, when people pay me, I get an option to accept the payment without adding bank account. The sum just adds up to my PayPal balance for future deals. Yesterday I wanted to do just that, but was transferred to the page saying "Add US bank aacount" and there was no way to continue without doing this. Do you have any idea of what is going on? Anybody had the same problem out there?
