I've been using a FourSevens Quark MK1, 2, and 3 as my EDC for many years, but now I want something more.
Looking for; Edit to meet thread guidlines.
Edit; FourSevens MK2A III has a preset of 1.5, 40, 300 lumens and no ability to get to S.O.S. strobe unless you program it into the normal preset. And doesn't reset after turning it off. So my flashlight doesn't fit the bill for what I'm looking for.

- Under $150. For EDC while Hiking in the forest. Finish doesn't matter. And I'll be ordering online.
- Want AA, but I'll very if it's good enough.
- Programmable. I want 0.5, 60, 300 lumen option. With an ability to get S.O.S. strobe that's not part of the standard set. Like Olight with there double tap to turbo mode.
- If possible, I want the flashlight to reset to the lowest setting after being off for a little while.
- Form fitting like the FourSevens Quark 2A models. I know there are flashlights that give me what I want, but have larger bodies.
- IPX8 or better.
- That's it. Something simple, but looks nice and has updated technology.
