rick258 - TK red, titanium + 20 battery holders
haveblue - TK

Zephyr - TK titanium
rookie - TK black + 6 battery holders
marcspar - TK Purple, Pewter, Silver, Black, or Green
Merkava - TK
vacuum3d = Semi-drop in DIY + 4 battery holders
Alan - TK
Also, there are TX1J Luxeons on the way.
The only thing left is to order the battery holders Monday.
jtice - The semi-dropin DIY would consist of this:
Plus a battery holder. However, due to variations in Maglites, there is no way to guarantee a perfect fit. You may need to file/grind/sand on the battery tube to make it fit. Or, just the same it could fit fairly loose. 0.003 inch doesn't sound like much, but it can make the difference between a good fit and no fit. Also, you will need to trim the bulb post off the switch, trim the reflector, and mod the battery holder.
Monolith - If it's a rare color or something, but shipping isn't cheap for full size Maglites. Also, it would need to have a D at the beginning of the serial number. I would really rather start with a brand new flashlight, but if you want to send one just make sure it's fairly new and not corroded.
Alan Hsu - Yes, I could sputter the reflector if desired.
Ok, pricing - The converters are little expensive, so for a DIY semi-dropin with Luxeon mounted and converter wired and epoxied to the heatsink with battery holder, $60.00.
A complete TK flashlight will run $85.00.
I'm working on the convertion instructions for the battery holders, both 3V and 9V, and will try and get those posted here for reference later.
