protection on ultrafire 16340 battery ????

i left my torch turn on and run my MX cree3 flat,i went to recharge the 4 batterys tonite and the low voltage protection circuit has turned on two of them, the other two batterys have charged with no hassle ,so the 64,000 dollar question is
How do you turn it off. so i can recharge the battery as they will not turn the led from green to fed on my ultrafire charger? many thanks DocD

The charger has always disengaged the protection on my batteries.
