PWM in XP-EF23

Does anyone know if the above mentioned light uses PWM and at what frequency ?

My next china order will include a few of these cheap AAA lights like the "Black Cat" , Akoray K-103 and the F23.
The first two are single mode so I assume they are not PWM dimmed at all.
The F23 has a low and I am very weary of flickering PWM in lights these days.

Preon levels are fine but something like the Leatherman S2 makes me sick.

What is the F23 like in this regard?

It definitely has PWM on Low. If you're bothered by it, you won't like it.

You will not be disappointed with the Black Cat, Bright for a AAA light. Nice build. Bright hotspot with a good spill, 2 very small rings which you will probably not notice.

If you are into AAA budget lights you could also try the Romisen F7
