I don't see why not - at the moment the only R5 heads I have are titanium but they work on my R2 Quark bodies.

Yes, the aluminum is identical within the battery type.

Maybe they'd sell you one as a special request but on their site they don't advertise the availability of any R5 heads for sale separately other than the Titanium heads and the larger sized Turbo heads. The only normal heads they list for sale are the R2 ones.
