Questions about Eagletac 2400 18650's

I've read any posts about the ET 18650's and they seem to be longer then than other 18650's.

Would this battery fit in the Pila IBC charger?
Would two of these batteries have a hard time in a Fenix TK30? (width and length)
Is there a better alternative for $9.99?
