r2 mod for rrt0

Is there anyone here that could do a r2 mod on my rrt0, I just read that there is a new r2 the ez900 die instead of the ez1000. this the link to the thread i read

I would like to put the ez 900 in my rrt0. even if someone could make some suggestions of who might be a good person or people to do this for me.Thanks

As far as I know, the R5 is among the best, brightest, and most efficient LED's that run at about 1 amp.

The EZ900 based R2 has been available for a year; it's not a new discovery.

Take a look at the LED in your light.
If it surrounded by a bit of orange, you already have the EZ900 based R2 installed.

It's been around a while, but not in the higher bins from what I understand.

Michael, That's not going to be easy to do. I just tore into an RRT-1 recently to replace a toasted LED. (thanks "Hunter306" for the "Mint" condition light) I had difficulty getting it apart for one thing. JB doesn't like people digging into their lights. I had a really hard time finding XR-E's on 16mm boards. And the ones I did get were not EZ900.

Dang... Didn't sound that fun.... Tear it up and find that there arent any EZ900's on 16mm's.....
