RCR Charger Question

Hey guys this is going to be a very dumb question to some of you but I need a little help with an unfamiliar RCR charger to me:

I have two of these:

And a whole pile of these:

I set the charger to the proper volts, then I plugged it in then I placed the AW cells in there and I figured this would start the charging process.

Before I put the cells in there the lights where green and when I placed the cells in there the lights stayed green :shrug:. I put used cells in there so I know they are not charged all the way.

I thought the lights would turn red when charging and then green when done, or do I have this all wrong? Any help would appreciated.

***Also sorry Mod's if this in the wrong place, please move if I got it wrong***.

The charger has a selector, set it to 3.6v and try again.

Thanks KT, I did that before I plugged it in then I did it again after you posted and still nothing.

I brought out my NANO charger and they charged up in the NANO..

I guess I will deal with the other two tomorrow :candle:
