You won't find this in a normal search for "horizontal holster" because it's not, per se. It's a "Flashlight holder for Radio Strap and Suspenders, Vertical Mount."
It works fine as an horizontal belt carrier for my ElZetta ZFL-M60. The snap flap provides good protection from the crenellated bezel. As it's designed for a radio strap, it will only fit a belt up to approximately 1.75" wide.
