I decided it's time to replace my stable of 2D maglites that litter my house with a decent rechargeable LiIon-powered LED light and i've narrowed it down to three:
Strion C4 LED
Innova T4
Pelican 7060
I'm leaning to towards the Strion simply because it's a multi-mode light, seems to have the best balance of output/runtime and is compact. It's also a good price right now ($100-ish with AC charger). Whatever I get will be mainly used in and around an urban home so massive throw is not an issue, but I do like a bit of punch.
Does anyone have any insight into any of the lights that might help me decide? Or any suggestions for similar alternatives?
