Rechargeable Light Recommendations

I am looking for a Rechargeable light with the following attributes:

Must have:

500+ Lumens
1 hour run time (2+ preferable)
Rechargeable
Have a wall-mounted charger like the SF 10X
Have a NZ compatible charger
Aluminium Body
Water resistant

Would like:

SF like hotspot
LED low level lighting (like SF A2)
Ability to run on Primaries
Car charger
SF like build quality

Would like to stay away from SL & Pelican if I can.

Will look at any price range if the light is right

It will be used for – Bump in the night investigations, going to work, and other general-purpose duties

AE power light maybe? that's some pretty heavy duty requirements.

Sounds like a heavily modded magcharger to me. Multi-emitters, 2-stage switch etc. Or hotwire. Wouldn't be 2-stage thought.

Althought mag ain't 100% up to sf quality, i think. You probaby also wouldn't have fully regulated brightness with primarys.

Except for the requirements of a wall charger, The Wolf Eyes Rattlesnake 13V with LED tailcap and Lumens Factory EO13 700 lumens lamp is close to your requirements. I have sold a number of these to Police and even a couple to NZ. Are you South or North Island, there may be someone close to you with one?

How about just staying with the SureFire 10X Dominator? Unless you have one, if I read your post correctly.

There's the Vortex Vision (international sales w/this co.) DR2 that puts out, but may not be 500 Lumens, maybe half that, if even?

TigerLight even, maybe?

CHC, probably the main reason people look at alternatives to higher end Surefires down under is price. A$880 or US $712 for a Dominator! We look across the Pacific with envy at the US prices, something of this value will most likely be picked up by customs if a private import, so no joy there either.

triple (or quad) cree/SSC momemade mod

get heatsink, emitters, reflectors (expensive) or optics (cheaper but less good), driver (shark) from the "sandwich Shoppe"

If You get a Magcharger very cheap, everything together makes about $ 100,-- and no problem to finish, if You have beginners stage modding/soldering ability
(multiple output still possible, but (with a shark) needs a several-way-switch and some sense resistors).
Maybe someone has an idea of a driver, working with a normal button switch?

What about Surefire's Beast II with the LED's for low light? It has interchangeable rechargeable handle and primary lithiums handle. And at over 2000 lumens, no problem for output. A bit pricey, though.

I don't believe such an animal exists. Probably the only option is a SF 10X.
