What is the best led swap for this light. need somthing that will work well with the stock reflector

The Seoul P4 U-bin should work well.

I just removed the black plastic ring that is around the emitter....not a lot of room to work with.

I think you'd have to be really good with a soldering iron to pull that off. I'm not, so I won't even attempt it (yet).
