I hope I'm not to late for this, but I would also like to add a custom value to my order:

Level 1: 6.8V
Level 2: 7.4V
Level 3: 9.0V
Level 4: 10.8V

Thanks!

Custom settings requested (bulbs in bold are my main choices):

Level 1: 6.8V (MN21)
Level 2: 7.3V (MN15, MN20, N62, 1111, 64250, 5761 eventually)
Level 3: 8.0V (1164, 1274, Hikari 5607)
Level 4: 10.8A (1185, 1331, 1318)

8.0V for Level 3 is not a typo. I am targeting the WA1274, with some moderate overdrive for the 1164 and 5607 to get some decent output. If I want more output from those bulbs, I can always put them in a JimmyM regulated Mag mod.

Thanks.

since everyone else seems to be doing this, so am I....

Level 1: 6.8V
Level 2: 7.4V
Level 3: 9.0V
Level 4: 10.8V
with moon mode.

--------------

doesn't the M6 have an 18v output? 6x3v = 18v right....

Why is the MN21 associated with the 6.8v?

Why is the MN21 associated with the 6.8v?

No, the stock battery carrier runs three pairs of primaries - each pair of two are in parallel (acting as one cell of 2x capacity), so the three pair make a total of 9.0v. However, with the load of the MN21, they sag to about 2.25v each, or about 6.75v total. Thus the 6.8v for the MN21.

Order updated thanks. To keep this thread focused on orders only, please post question in the discussion thread, but for now trust us that 6.8V is the "right" voltage for the MN21 ;)

I would like to go with these settings as well if possible. Thanks!

Will, if it is not too late for my 2nd regulator to order it with custom changes, I would like these settings:

Level 1: 6.8V (MN21 & 1160)
Level 2: 7.4V (MN15, MN20, N62, 1111)
Level 3: 9.3V (1164, Hikari 5607)
Level 4: 10.8A (1185, 1331)

Orders updated.

Please, look at post #2 and let me know if I got your orders in correctly. I print that page (post #2) and take it to my shop, so it becomes "the" list. So everybody has a chance to look at that list and make sure your particular order is correct, before I go and program "your" pack, OK?

Thanks,
Will

Will, if it isn't too late, could I go with the LuxLuthor recipe too:

Level 1: 6.8V
Level 2: 7.4V
Level 3: 9.3V
Level 4: 10.8V

Thanks!

Based on discussions on the discussion thread, Eric has created a chart comparing many bulbs, in regards with their output, current draw, recommended drive level, etc.. We are not recommending using all of those bulbs with the PhD-M6, since many of them really go past the safe 2C load on the cells, but it is still a very good summary, and a good way to compare bulbs, so that you can have some options.

File is here: bulb_chart_v1.pdf

Now, to be fair to everyone here in the sales thread, I am going to wait an extra day or two before starting programming packs (specially the first 6 which I have ready), so please look at Eric's chart, and if you feel you want to change/update your custom settings, please post here your updated settings.

If by 10AM Central Time on Monday (Aug 9th) I have not received updated settings, I will then assume that the settings in post #2 are still the ones you want, and I will proceed to use those to program your pack.

As always, please use the discussion thread to ask questions about this new chart/summary, and lets keep this thread on topic with orders.

Thanks,
Will
