What is the right/proper sub-group here in the forums to put my Cummings 7x12 lathe for sale? Here?

I have a long/detailed post ready, but I want to make sure I follow forum rules. I have a PM to the admin of this subforum, but I have not heard back yet.

Thanks,
Will

EDIT: It is for sale in the MarketPlace.

2nd EDIT: Sold to milkyspit!

While the rules probbaly say B/S/T, I'd suggest that MMM would be more appropriate, since this is where you find the people who are interested in machining.

Sure you don't want to keep it? I'm sure having a second op lathe can be a real time saver. I'm really thinking about keeping my South Bend after I get my new lathe for just that reason.

I've got a full blown CNC lathe and still use my crappy horror fright lathe for some second side proto work and quick simple stuff....

A little different situation yes, but a second lathe can come in very handy, providing you have space to keep it...

Heard back from the admin. The lathe is posted for sale in the MarketPlace - here is a link to it:

Yes, I though about keeping both lathes, but I really want to regain space in my "small work area" and want to concentrate on the 8x14 (I will be installing a Shumatech on it shortly!).

I think that in the future I might go for something even larger (by-passing the whole 9x class) and getting some good american old iron - if/when I do that, I might then keep the 8x14 for smaller jobs ;)
