seoul led - copper riser question

not sure if this should be in led as it is indirectly linked (as there is aa epoxy between it)

the copper used to raise a seoul emitter - is the grade of copper relevant

and also i see a lot of referance to it in inches - could someone tell me how thick the copper needs to be in mm (i will be using aa epoxy so im guessing it needs to be a little thinner as the epoxy will make up some of the room??)

also the max diameter of the slug in mm too would help - thanks
