SF-12ZM----TK40 Beam Difference

Can anyone tell me the Beam difference between the SF 12ZM and a TK40 ??

Question, do you have one of these lights? Planning on going to LED? If so I could move this thread to the LED forum. Also, what are you looking for in a light and for what purposes. Just asking these questions to help you keep the thread alive.

Your thread is in a neutral forum, neither LED or Incan per se, but I think that a move to LED would be a good idea. So here goes.........

What lamp assembly are you using in the 12zm? The N62? The N62 is insane and will out throw the TK40 but the TK40 will run much longer, produce a larger hot-spot and give more peripheral light than the N62. I don't have the 12ZM anymore but I used to. I do have a TK40 now and love it. The beam is great and the ability to use rechargeables makes for a great "guilt free" lumens light.

Thanks, thats what I was wondering about ,the N- 62 is what I am running , It is crazy strong I agree, but I have not seen the Beam of The TK-40 IN PERSON, and have seen the TK 45,and heard lots about the 40, The 12ZM is still pristine, I got it when I didnt know much about lights, and I am still a beginner really now. Still have the box and paper work too. Thanks
